The Brannan was one of the first residential high-rises in South Beach, and over the past decade the neighborhood has transformed from an industrial center into a primarily residential neighborhood with modern apartments and luxury condominiums. More recently it has enjoyed an influx of tech companies, restaurants, and nightlife, creating one of the most modern and sophisticated neighborhoods in San Francisco.
